I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but Edgar and his crew truly went above and beyond from start to finish. All so professional and true to their word. So much so that they were mindful of the little things such as marks on our concrete that they took the time to wash off after they were done. From the initial visit for an estimate to the installation the whole process took 3 days. So so recommend Edgar’s to anyone I know! Thank you all so much!! Also need to add that they are on time to the tee! Very much appreciated.

Edgar and his crew are the only heating & AC people I really trust in the Valley. After using others before finding Edgar, now I see the difference. Our original system finally died and while getting a new one wasn’t particularly fun (or cheap), any issues since have been addressed promptly & professionally. In fact, Edgar increased the factory warranty when something minor happened after the factory warranty elapsed. When businesses do things like that, I know where I will coming back for service and (albeit hopefully not soon) our next purchase.

I was extremely impressed with the prompt response from Edgar's Air Conditioning and Heating after I reached out to them via Yelp about my upstairs air conditioning unit, which had suddenly stopped blowing cool air. With the upstairs feeling like an oven, I needed a quick solution, and luckily, Hector and Alex were able to come out the very same day I made the request. Their professionalism was evident right from the start. They wasted no time diagnosing the problem and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. What I appreciated even more was how they took the time to explain what was wrong and offered me some helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues. It turned out that the capacitor had failed, which they promptly replaced, and the unit was back up and running smoothly. I feel I paid a fair price to get it replaced. While they did inform me that I would likely need to replace my aging A/C units down the road, I feel confident that I can rely on Edgar's Air Conditioning and Heating for future work. Their honesty and expertise left me feeling reassured that I'm in good hands. Overall, I highly recommend Edgar's Air Conditioning and Heating for any of your air conditioning needs. Their team is professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. I'll definitely be calling them again when the time comes for new units!
