very disappointed there today! was the first one in there wanted a new set should have been easy.... but no.. the tech asked if i wanted to soak off. i said yea that's fine because that doesn't usually take long to do especially since I had already taken half off myself before getting there. worst decision! Lady had my hands in that bowl for an hour!! I'd never been so uncomfortable in a salon watching her and her friend/husband who ever sit and eat lunch on the table next to me felt awkward! then they did get a rush of people in for pedicures so she decided to go work on those! like are you kidding me!!! finally I said I'm done. washed what i could off and still had the nerve to charge me!!! said $15!! I said for sitting there for an hour?! so she said okay I can do $10! insane and unprofessional! still had to go home and file the rest of the acrylic off myself and try to make them look decent since I have an birthday party today and STILL NO new set. I've been in there before with no problems but today that changed not sure if it was new person or not since I hadn't seen her before but I will not be returning!
