What I mean by that is that she talks to you directly & in a way I could understand without making me feel intimidated. She also doesn’t ’sugar coat’ things & gets to the point. I get the feeling that her and her staff really do care about their patients. I was super hesitant coming to a chiropractor for the first time, but I had to due to a bad car accident I was in and this office has really helped me. I've even received diagnoses that my primary doctor would've never told me about! My doctor explained the setting procedure and put me at ease. The girl in the front with the cool Harry Potter sweaters is SUPER nice, she's always attentive and patient! “Great experience with Dr Brown and his Staff. Ended up being very Therapeutic for me.? My pain has lessened. He explained what I should do when I got home. Explains to me I will feel some soreness. Use ice not heat. I told him my wrist hurt and he applied a special sport tape on it. It has helped. Dr Brown explained everything he was going to do beforehand. Made me feel more comfortable prior. He even took the Time to show me how to properly lift a bedridden patient because of my profession. He went above and beyond. His staff also. Much appreciated. Thank you all for a great first visit.
