Jeff from Acorn Pest Control came out to our house this last week to help us understand our rodent and ant situation. He was one of the nicest, coolest guys we've worked with in a long time. He was so knowledgeable (he's been doing this for decades), taught us a ton as we walked around the inside and outside of our house, and he gave us an honest assessment of how he could and could not help us, which we really appreciated. I get tired of vendors promising us the world and then we either never hear from them again or they don't deliver the agreed service.
