Everything about this dental practice is awesome. From the front office staff and hygienists to the dentist, himself, everyone is a total pro. As someone who is quite anxious about going to the dentist historically, I really appreciate that they go out of their way to ensure I am comfortable, and take the time to explain things in depth. All of my dental work has held steady with zero issues. I even had an experience at another dentist that left me in a bad way, and Dr. Widick not only corrected the issue, but went to bat for me to ensure the other practice refunded me for their work. Major Tooth issue emergencies seem to occur every time I’m going on vacation. Fortunately i am a patient of Dr Widick, and his receptionist Angie has been able to add me into his schedule right away. Similar occurrence last week as I just finished having a root canal procedure on a crowned tooth. The endodontist said I needed to have my crown completed by a dentist before I went on vacation, as I was going for a month. Due to the time of the year, that left me with three days. I've been with this dental practice for nearly two decades. I drive from Cotati to Healdsburg for all my dental needs, because everything is a top-notch experience - from my hygienist Manny cleaning my teeth, to Dr. Shawn Widick doing the exam and any dental procedures, to Angie at the front desk ensuring everything runs smoothly, and the rest of the Staff assisting as needed. Everyone is competent, no one is rushed, always time for a personal connection and a kind word. Most of the Staff has been there since before I started coming there - such a low level of turn-over tells you all you need to know about the practice.
