I’ve been shopping for new floors for some time now and finally that search is over. I had a local floor company order a sample from Everbright but unfortunately that local company requested the wrong sample. Fortunately that sample had the phone number for the Everbright sales rep attached to it so I took the liberty of texting him. I explained the dilemma and he immediately offered to help. Two hours later he hand delivered the correct sample to our home in Mtn View. After seeing the sample and learning more about their product my decision was made. Looking forward to my install in the coming weeks but so far the service from Everbright is unmatched.
I didn't expect to do so much research before buying the floor for my house. To find the right floor, I went to almost every flooring store in the Bay Area. When I went to these stores I found one thing in common and that is that all most all the stores basically have products that sell the Everbright! So one Saturday I went to the Everbright Flooring by myself and found the best floor for my home! But they only sell the floors to retailers, they sent me to a store close by my house and where I made the purchase.As it turns out! I made the right choice! If you are still looking for qualified flooring of above quality! This is definitely the best place to buy it!
We recently did a floor upgrade. I must say their flooring quality looks good. The support I got from Everbright was great. i must call out the fantastic support offered in terms of advice on going nail-down vs. glue -down etc. from Chris Zhang was top-notch. Knowledgeable, approachable and willing to help. I would recommend Chris/Everbright most definitely.
