I used to love this CosmoProf. They used to have the sweetest workers who were always in great moods. Now, every time I have came in, there is this certain worker that just acts so annoyed by any question I act. Makes shopping here pretty awkward lol. Other than that, they have a great product selection and the store is always very clean and well stocked. But due to the horrible customer service, I drive a little further to go to the Fremont store to avoid that.

Love this place. They have all type of hair care products that you can only buy from your hair salons. Whole long aisle is just for hair colors. 2 sides walls and back wall are hair shampoos and hair conditioning. They sell products for spa, manicure/pedicure and nails polish. They also have hair shears, hair clippers, hair hot tooling for professional use and for home use as well. Their monthly catalog is free for you to pickup. In the catalog you find special promotions and deals for the month. Staffs are friendly and helpful. You must have membership to be able to shop from here. Gotta love finding deals on my lunch time. The staff here is so accommodating. I'm always so forgetful when it comes to holding onto my membership card. Luckily they are nice enough to have me give them my number.
