My experience at Upper Layers Skincare has been nothing but the best! I had first met Dr. Mendez when I was 13 and started struggling with acne. It was my first time meeting with a dermatologist and it my first getting a chemical peel. I just recently came back because I continued to struggle with acne as well as acne scarring. During the consultation, Dr. Mendez informed me that the best way to help fade away my acne scars and to help restore the skin was to do sessions of microdermabrasion and micro needling. I have this irritable skin tags/warts on my face and thank God I met Dr. Mendez. I heartily thank him for helping me. He is very knowledgeable, nice and friendly doctor. There is a lot of improvement on my skin condition with his treatment. He listens to all my queries and treats accordingly. My overall experienced was excellent!!! especially the MICRODERMABRASION is one of my favorite treatment that he recommended. Will definitely come back. ? I like his products like the mask and friendly staff. I highly recommend him to people like me that needs help about their skin problem.

I have nothing but great things to say about Oscar. I only trust him with my face. I first visited Upper Layers Skin Care when I hit 13years old because puberty gave me bad acne that ranged from intense black heads to severe cystic bumps that caused horrible hyperpigmentation . Oscar knew exactly how to treat my skin. He completely turned my face around for the better. I got my confidence back and I went through my middle school, high school and college years with perfect skin. Now that I am an adult I only visit Oscar to maintain my skin.
