I mistakenly let my car run out of battery and was towed here over night. That was 475 for less than 24 hrs. Then, after paying, Armando tells us he can't take the car out for AAA to tow it as well as AAA is not allowed inside to get it out. So how did you guys get it in, I ask. He says they used a tow dolly. I said so why can't you guys do that? He said "I'm not going to do that. It's too much work"??? Wow. Place is some what rude had my truck impounded for 2 days called to get info on the release process was hung up on about 6 times and when said truck was released found some miss placed things and looked as if they rummaged through of my stuff and had 1 tow strap and 3 ratchet tie down straps stolen.

As a local business US tow has always been quick in responding to service requests. No one likes their car towed, but when inconsiderate drivers block access to customers US tow has always been great in taking care of business appropriately and respectfully.
