U.S. Tow is a well-secured, fenced, and police-supervised towing service. While they may be a bit strict, they provide carts to assist customers in retrieving their belongings. Although their towing services can be pricey, they are known for their quick response, appropriate handling, and respectful service, even in unpleasant situations.
Called to tow a car that was illegally blocking our gate because we pay this company to tow from our private lot. The man on the phone was maybe the most rude person I have ever spoken to. Also their phone automated message is so ridiculously long. 100% do NOT recommend this service to any businesses looking for a tow company.
This towing company is dishonest and takes advantage of people in already stressful and vulnerable situations. They provide misleading information about storage fees and daily charges, and the final costs end up being far higher than what is initially communicated.
There is a lack of transparency, and the pricing practices feel deceptive. Instead of being upfront, they give unclear or inconsistent information, which makes it difficult to understand what you’re actually being charged for until it’s too late.
I would strongly caution others to be careful and ask for everything in writing before dealing with this company.
Worst tow ever . THEY lied about where they found my stolen car. NOT only that they sold my stolen car + that wasnt enough for them they charging me $1,000 by Monday. They guy was so rude he demand I pay, if I dont pay they going to send me to collections. They also lied about having any paper work on my car . When I asked for a copy of what they send me on the mail. Then suddenly the lady want to say yea we have the police record that your car was stolen. ?? So do they have paper work on my car o no?
