We hired SMV to install hardwood floors throughout our home. For whatever reason, they installed extra plywood underneath the floor in our master bedroom making it uneven with the rest of the house. When we pointed out their mistake, they refused to replace the wood and redo the bedroom. They are also completely unresponsive. Avoid this company.
