A long-term patient of 26 years has had dental work from several dentists, including Dr. Douglas, Dr. G, Dr. Le, Dr. Oh, and Dr. Piehl, the periodontist. They had an implant done by Dr. Piehl with great results and gum graft surgery by Dr. Calvin Dang, who is praised for his philosophical wisdom and excellent work. The patient also met Dr. Schnierow, who is seen as a kind and humble man who cares deeply about his patients and his practice.
Recently, new patients have also shared positive experiences. One patient, who visits regularly for routine care and brings their mom for her dentures, said everyone is polite and professional. They highlighted that the doctor who worked on their mom’s dentures was very kind, and the dentures fit perfectly. Although parking can be limited, patients find the staff attentive and helpful. Another recent patient, returning to the city after many years, feels safer and more comfortable at Schnierow Dental Care. They appreciated the less stressful environment and friendly staff.
Additionally, a young patient expressed great satisfaction with Max, the dental assistant who worked on their braces. They found Max to be very funny and easy to get along with, even saying they could be best friends. The patient gave Max a five-star rating, calling him their favorite.
