I was quoted a rate of $145 per hour but was charged $375 for a shower cartridge and 30 minutes of work. I called the company and the owner they agreed to refund me $100. End of story, so I thought. I waited 1 month for my refund check and I called to follow up. Crickets. I get no pleasure in writing bad reviews to local business. Please contact me or send me my refund so we can rectify this situation ASAP.

They did a great job on replacing the parts needed in the furnace, however they did not relight the pilot and we have no heat. Calling and no answer. I need someone to come back out and complete this repair Follow up on this review. I contacted the company again since the repair was not completed properly and to my shock, a lady answered the phone only to tell me they have shut down the business and have no workers to come to my home and complete the service. I didn't even get a referral offer. This really is upsetting. Well if they are really closed down, they probably should be.

Came out same day for estimate. Estimate emailed the next day. The cost was higher than other companies. I shopped 4 companies and 4 were in the same range and this one was higher by 30%.
