    These guys are terrible at communicating, the doctor shifts his responsibilities to his staff (who are basic assistances), they hang up the phone when stressed…

    At first I was optimistic because the guy answering the phone was friendly and helpful and I was able to get an appointment when all the other places I called were booked until July. It was only after coming in did I realize this place is a joke of a medical office. I needed to get a TB skin test done so that I can volunteer at my child's preschool. I also needed the doctor to stamp a health evaluation form. This form was due the following week and I thought I had impressed the level of urgency upon them. All this I disclosed up front when asking for the appointment. When I arrived, the doctor wanted me to get the blood test version of the TB test where the results would take 2 weeks. I repeated that I needed the results and the form done next week. He said that because they scheduled my appointment for a Thursday, I would not be able to return in two days for the test to be read. I had to make yet another appointment for the following week. As I was leaving, I was told that there would be a $35 fee just for the doctor to sign the form. This was not disclosed to me when making the appointment otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere. When I arrived on Tuesday for my second appointment, I told the staff that I only wanted to do the TB skin test because I can't wait two weeks for results. The doctor is sitting in the same room with his back to me and the staff member says that the doctor ordered the other blood tests and he would have to check with him if I can just do the skin test. Clearly, the staff and doctor are not used to people voicing their preferences if they don't align with the doctor's orders. The doctor said I would have to sign a waiver declining the labs. But the doctor didn't say it to me, he said it to the staff who relayed it to me. He couldn't be bothered to have a brief interaction with me not even 6 feet away from him. Then, the staff member took my blood instead of doing the TB skin test. What kind of doctor lets a clearly unqualified staff member take blood when we had just discussed only doing the TB skin test. The doctor can't supervise for one minute? The staff member left bruises, the mark of an unskilled medical professional. I was told that someone would call me with the results on Friday and that they would email me the completed form. I confirmed numerous times with different staff members that they would be able to email me the form. Surprise surprise, no call on Friday. I called Friday afternoon and I spoke with a guy telling him that the woman at the reception desk told me I would get a call on Friday and they would email me the form. His response? "Oh, she's not here." How is that relevant? The office is very inefficient and incompetent for having so many staff members. I called again the following Tuesday, a whole week after my first appointment and waited on hold for over 20 minutes just to have them tell me that they would have to call me back later that afternoon. Guess what? No one called me back. I called again the next day and was told that someone would call me back later that afternoon and email me the form. I get a call 15 minutes before they are going to close saying I can pick up the form the next day. They won't email it because they need to collect the $35 fee and they won't bill my insurance. Thankfully, the staff at my child's preschool was understanding and gave me more time to submit the form. No thanks to this office. I am changing providers and advise anyone who reads this to avoid this office.

    Everybody is very nice in there. Especially Valerie is very helpful and a sweetheart. The only thing is that the building inside needs renovation so it looks cleaner and more convenient.
