Everybody is very nice in there. Especially Valerie is very helpful and a sweetheart. The only thing is that the building inside needs renovation so it looks cleaner and more convenient.

The worst customer service I saw in my whole life everything via appointment and when I went there they where already closed also when the rescheduled me it took more than 45m to start the process of taking the sample never again and I hope this place will close asap due the poor service.
