I live in Texas, but I’ve used Drain Hero several times for plumbing work at my mother’s home in Hawthorne—and every time, he’s been absolutely top-notch. He picks up the phone day or night, sets a clear appointment time, and actually shows up within the promised window. That alone is rare these days. He's always clean, tidy, wears shoe covers (which I really appreciate), and treats the home with respect.
He charges a fair price, does excellent work, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so I understand it—even from out of state. He also speaks Spanish, which is incredibly helpful for my mom. After the job is done, he leaves... read full review

Just completed my 3rd job in about 3 years and totally satisfied. Always quick to respond and cordial, quick, clean and go the extra mile. Can't recommend enough and will continue to be my first call for plumbing needs
