GIVE THEM A CHANCE! I been going here for a couple of years now and yes there have been some changes made by BHS themselves trying to work in a better experience for us. The office girls are doing their best although they may be short staffed. I have to call back about twice but my messages are always heard and handled. Dr. Jordan Michelena is the best doctor ever. He takes good notes and he listens to everything. Of all the years I have gone to many dr.s but I settled with this Dr. Michelena I refuse to go anywhere else! Give them a chance they are the best!

I've only been to this office one time and it was a very pleasant experience. But for the past month; maybe a little more, I'm on the phone almost every day if not every other day with my caseworker and let me tell you people out there, do not listen to any of the negative reviews because they're all bologna! This is the most caring staff I have ever met in 54 years of my life! They absolutely 1,000% care for you and want to see you succeed and will do and go about everything they can to make that happen. I didn’t want to leave a good review because I want them all to myself. I love the front desk, they are professional, helpful and have amazing communication. The back office is all so sweet as well!
