Note: NOT accepting local rentals anymore. But also not bothering to return messages, put a sign in their store window, or let their loyal customers know there's been a change in policies. Seems they'd just rather ignore people's calls and waste their time?

UNRELIABLE. We were loyal customers for SEVEN years with this business. From our wedding to our annual parties, Advanced Party Rentals was our go-to. Seems that loyalty was wasted. For weeks, we've left multiple messages and even took the time to drive to their location (which is open) to be told they simply can't be bothered with local rentals or our annual rental anymore. Not sure why Aida didn't return any of our messages to tell us so we could book with another rental place? Good thing WE followed up and our event is still a few weeks out, or we'd still be waiting and likely out of luck. I'm a firm believer in karma. That the way you treat people who've given you their business and money for years matters. Obviously, Advanced Party Rentals does not, and eventually, I trust karma will catch up. Hopefully, it's not during your rental...should you take that risk.

Very beautiful service I recommend this location noting goes wrong management is always on point. Very beautiful set up I might say Aida is hands on love the way you take charge so everything goes perfect wedding Immaculate set up . On of the best location in Southern California. Very professional service.
