The service was awesome! Went in close to closing the owner was patient and assisted me to find the type of product I needed. Her sons were behind the counter providing cashier services, eye to eye contact, smiles, accurate giving change, put the money in my hand and not on the counter. Thanked me and requested I come again! OMG! They made me proud. I try to support black owned businesses and I will continue to support this one.
First of all, the service I received from Keisha was amazzzziiinnngggg!!!! I'm getting the boho braids done for the first time and had absolutely no knowledge on the hair color I needed to match the braiding hair I have. Also, had no knowledge on needing products to put on your scalp to help with the itchiness. Keisha went out of her way to call me on video chat so she can show me how the color #27 will look on the 2 different types of hair you need for the boho braids. She helped match them up and schooled me on how to take care of my hair. You don't find people like her not places like her beauty supply store at all!!! Keisha is a fantastic owner and so is her co-owner (sorry I forgot her name). I'm definitely coming back for any products I may need in the future. Thank you for being so kind
