I wanted to get new gutters installed and have my house repainted,. I received a referral to Enrique Hernandez and his company, 3000 Construction, through another contractor who worked on a separate project for me, and who suggested that a general contractor might best fit my needs.
I contacted Enrique, and we promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He sent me a very reasonable quote for the work, and we agreed to move forward with the job. He had a very capable crew of workers who did an excellent job of patching stucco where needed and prepping wood surfaces prior to painting. Enrique did a great job building out an office space for us. He was a clear communicator and did a great job! We plan to use him again in the future and would highly recommend him for all projects. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of construction.
There are three characteristics of an excellent contractor:
1. Quality of workmanship.
2. On time performance at every step.
3. Pricing to be in the middle.
Enrique Hernandez not only met our expectations but he exceeded in all these requirements.
We decided to go with him after seeing some of his recent construction and taking to his clients.
His pricing was also right in the middle of five different contractors .
He has an excellent set of crews who did a fantastic job and always completed the job on time.
All of his inspections passed without any major delays.
Enrique has a great sense of construction and his suggestions were very constructive.
