These dickheads have a package of mine that stupid UPS delivered here (without even attempting to deliver to me), but CKC does not answer their fuckin phone when you call them for help. All I get is a very sarcastic and condescending voicemail box message from some woman. This place is useless and did not do what the company I ordered from told me they should do, which is give my package back to UPS for redelivery. Not sure why UPS would even deliver packages here, but they need to stop because this place is useless and couldn't care less about getting people's packages to them when they are dropped off here. From the looks of other reviews on this place, I see that I am not alone in my dissatisfaction with their "customer service" (if you could even call it that).

I came here (one hour drive time) to pick up an order it's posted it opens at 3pm once get here to call number and give them order code I follow instructions at 3pm and please see picture I'm still sitting here waiting for it to open along with others. This business is junk and I will not do. Business ever again here. I'll be stuck with nothing I ordered sitting in Friday traffic and having to come back Horrible business practices

She was very helpful and very quick to serve everyone waiting, even with her speed she is still very attentive to detail and definitely went out of her way to answer questions I had about my paper work.
