Bid and PlanningWe just finished our kitchen and bedroom remodel, and we highly recommend Gilbert and his team at Rocha Construction. We got 3 bids for our kitchen remodel, and after meeting with Gilbert, we felt confident in our decision to go with him and his team. Over the last 10 years, my family has used Rocha construction for both major remodels and smaller projects. For all the projects I was extremely impressed with the quality and timeliness of the teams work. Gilbert provides a detailed budget down to the penny and all the projects came in right on budget. The whole team is professional, courteous and very responsive. I highly recommend them for any size project.

I have never hired a general contractor before but I needed help to completely renovate a 3 bedroom house in Harbor City. I selected Rocha Construction based on an internet search (reviews, contractor license, BBB status), meeting with them to get a quote, and review of the detailed estimate they provided. I chose Rocha Construction out of the 3 quotes that I received. Rocha Construction was the clear choice. Their price was the best and the 14-page estimate provided concise detail of all the work to be provided and the breakdown of costs.
