“I have been seeing Serena for 4 years now and I can confidently say she’s the best in the business. From the very first appointment, I remember feeling a bit apprehensive about my skin and waxing needs. I had many questions about the process etc. From the start she made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and put me right at ease. Pre and post care always covered and much more skin care advice during my visits. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for skincare/waxing are unmatched.
Over the years she always takes her time. During my appointments she is never rushed, and always takes her time explaining what she is doing and why.
Serena is constantly learning and staying up to date with the latest techniques and uses the best products. I never feel like just another client she genuinely listens and tailors each session to my unique needs.
Beyond her skill she is kind, warm, down to earth and always a joy to see and catch up with. Well mostly me cause I’m a talker lol. Appointments with her truly feel like self care in every way.

“Wow!!! I have been here three times with friends for the Japanese scalp massage. Twice I have had Veronica and she is wonderful. It is located in a nondescript strip mall next to the dollar store, which is why it is so surprising it is so state of the art! We drive close to 100 miles to do this as we live all the way in the foothills of Fresno and is it well worth it! It is not one of those brightly lit places you have to squint in that are so hard to relax. This has soft Japanese music and running water for a whole hour. That seems more like 10 minutes. It starts out with a head massage that turns into multiple wonderful products being massaged into your hair and rinsed out with the scalp massage the whole time and different used to massage your head. Then there is a nice hand and arm. Massage lotion is applied and rubbed off with a warm towel, you can also add a facial to this at the same time which I think we will do! It is a wonderful way to treat yourself. The only way that this could be better is if there. Was an option for scented oils or lotion. I thought that last time there were some wonderful smells, but this time nothing was used that was floral or lavender. I think it would really make a difference if they added some type of aromatherapy or option for essential oils that would be a complete and perfect experience, I highly recommend them just the way they are but hope they will add the option for aromatic oils or products in the future! Will post pictures next time as we were so excited to be there that I had forgotten to take any!“
