“Last visit was no very friendly. Upon signing in the receptionist was rude n unpleasant . Entering the exam room with screens, l had to pull chair out no assistance ?. I was using my cane, the chair was rolling all over. Awkward n dangerous. After appointment was making arrangements for new glasses. I was rushed. Not even asked if I approved. I had to ask for darker tint. Well if the glasses dont meet my needs it will be returned for corrections.“
