Barbra Long is the person you should see for Myofascial Release.Barbra has helped me tremendously with my healing process of my body,from car accidents to skiing accidents and all the trauma my body has been thru.She is highly trained and professional and a very kind soul.

Barbara is a highly intuitive, skilled, and experienced MFR therapist ... and an amazing human being. She knows exactly what to say and do to help me become aware of and access areas in need of healing, in my body-mind. Barbara Long introduced MFR to me many years ago and I was hooked. Her compassionate heart and sincere desire to help people regain their health is superior. I moved away from California many years ago and have yet to find an MFR therapist that comes close to her knowledge and skill level. As a fellow massage therapist I crave her arm pulls and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a path of health and wellness.
