Good results anytime i pick up my dog but the opening time is inconsistent. I have an appointment for 8 and they didnt come in until after 9. But their site says open 7-5 so either the site is wrong or someone who should be there isnt and is delaying peoples appointments.

April is great my babies luv her. She takes such good care of them. Have been going here for years. Great person very loving and knowledgeable person.. takes great pride in her work.

100%%%. Four generations of humans, and a 102 dogs and counting our family, has trusted our pets to Lori's since 1978... Miss . April, was not even born yet! I cannot remember but maybe one time in the early 80's I'd ever thought there was an issue, and it was my own dads issue, as many pet own are seem to jump to conclusions... His puddle Poppy had a small toe lesion, well, if Lori hadn't groomed Poppy, the blame game wouldn't have happened and Lacey Animal clinic wouldn't have saved Poppy, he had lymphoma.... Fast forward, it's been almost 45 years. The Ship survived by Lori's first love April. Through the pandemic April has always been there, she never said no... Lori had the mouth of a WWII Sailor and April didn't fall far fe9m that tree. The fact is, in my many years of dealing with business who have great yelp review and others who have lousy ones. When it comes to straight up integrity and purity, I'd rather see Loris sign says something like ", if your dog is a B**** you'll be charged for the troubles". (Not the words used). I also would never remove my late moms message... "F CANCER".... So, if you go into the loud shop with all the blowers going, and it seems like they might be yelling... THEY ARE! try speed if time a a dog pound or he'll go anywhere else.... Then think about all the diabolical people who have smiled as they took advantage of you... If your offended by language, might maybe this isn't the place for you.... If you take the ten seconds to put yourself in her shoes.... Miss April, will crack a Smile, and her eyes dance lie, her momma's.
