I left several messages to ask for an estimate for some work. They eventually responded and took some initial details. They said that someone would come to see me the following week to look at the work. Nobody ever showed up or phoned me to make arrangements. It’s unprofessional to treat people this way. If you don’t want the work, or are too busy at that time, then just be honest and tell customers that as opposed to keeping them hanging on.

Scheduled an estimate and Tracy never showed up. I called her office to confirm I had the right day and was told Tracy had a family emergency and she would contact me to reschedule. I never heard back from her or her office.

Made an appointment to discuss backyard. Took time off from work. Never showed. Called the office. Was told there was an emergency in Visalia and that they would come tomorrow. Took time off from work the following day. Nobody showed. Called the office. I was told they'd get back to me. Nobody got back to me. Don't really understand why but I guess they like to lose money. To each their own.
