I recently cracked both the front and back of my iPhone 13 Pro Max and had no idea where to go, since I’d never needed phone repairs before. I started asking around at work, and every single person I talked to recommended iRepair. After hearing the same name so many times, I stopped asking and just went.
I’m so glad I did! The price was way more affordable than I expected, and the customer service was absolutely top notch. My phone looks brand new again and somehow the Bluetooth issue I was having (which I didn’t even mention when I dropped it off) is now working perfectly too. On top of that, they even threw in a screen protector for free!
My phones screen wasn’t responding to touch and I didn’t know what to do. I thought to restart it, but didn’t know how, without using the screen. Adrian answered my call and walked me through the process. Thankfully it was an easy fix and he was able to assist me over the phone. I do live 40 min away so it would have been a bummer to have to drive all the way over there! He assisted me over the phone, free of charge, which to me speaks volumes. He could have asked me to bring it in, charged me, and I would have had to pay. ?? I appreciate that kind of service and I will definitely come back to him, if needed!
