Took my s21 ultra to change my battery and charging port. I did buy my own battery and charging port my self. Charging port just needed a clean up, and replaced my battery for 50$. Overall happy with the results.

First I'm gonna say that a lot of these reviews seem generic, and it was a little suspicious to me at first. But, as I later found, that's because they offer a discount for customers who post a review (whether good or bad.)I brought my Pixel 4 in with failing power. The solution was shockingly inexpensive (I was expecting to pay about $150+, and it came out to $60) and quick—they estimated a turnaround time of 48~72 hours and were done the very next day.And, while the problem was ultimately found to be a misdiagnosis (it's a long story and I would have made the same mistake too if I had access to their tools/physical expertise), they were very sorry and more than happy...read full review

Great customer service! The worker was very nice and quick with his job. The place is was not overcrowded so time management was no problem. I recommend going here if you want your phone fixed quickly and sufficiently!
