My Dell Inspiron, all-in-one computer would not turn on, so on June 16, 2023 I took it here, along with the connection cords that went with it. Bill told me he'd check it out and should have it fixed for me in a few days. After calling and coming by several times, and it still wasn't ready, I finally was able to pick it up on July 23rd. That's over a month of waiting with never a phone call from him. When I did pick it up he told me it was an easy fix, that the connector was wiggly and he'd just put some solder in the hole to make it a little tighter so it would go in and hold. Around-Town computer repair is a well-managed shop. I took my desktop computer to get repaired, and I received excellent service. Although I had to pick up my computer early due to a time constraint, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.
