It's clear that "Harold the Magnificent" does not need the extra 5-star reviews but here I am anyway. He is a local treasure. I have been taking my shoes and leathers to him since 1999. He never fails and is honest when something is beyond his magical skills or that they may not be worth the cost to fix. He is also very sociable and remembers everyone's names. I dread the day he chooses to retire! Wish more businesses were like this. Thank you Harold!
My daughter's zipper on her shoe that she wears with her AFOs (ankle foot orthotic) broke. We were lucky enough to find Shoreline Shoe Repair shop! the kindest gentleman quickly fixed her zipper(no charge) and we were back on our way to the beach. He made my day! Thank you for your kindness!
Every time my daughter comes to visit from Honolulu she brings her shoes or boots for repair and we go see Harold. The results are always amazing and that why she keeps bringing her boots. Friendly, interesting, and funny. All that and great repair!
