When I've taken things in that are stained or that need to be altered, she's always come through for me. Now don't get wrong, if she disagrees with me about something I want done, she'll let me know that she thinks I'm making a mistake (I once wanted something altered for a specific purpose and she pointed out that after the alteration it wouldn't be good for anything else, but that was fine with me). Our dry cleaning always comes back looking great. She knows her business and is quick to point out fabrics that will need special care.“
