Mr. John Ryan is a horrible accountant. He did our 2021 Tax return and made a mistake. Despite our repeated attempts trying to talk to him to correct the error, he simply ignored us. (he replied to my husband's email one time, saying that he would do the correction quickly, then just disappeared).

Be aware. Not sure about other people, but Mr John Ryan is most awful accountant I've ever had. He got our 2021 tax wrong, and after he confirmed that our tax was wrong, he just vanished. He never answered my phone calls, never replied my follow up emails for about two months (or maybe even more). Then in Feb 2023 he replied a 3 sentence email saying that he "will process the amended return right away" and now another month has passed and he still never reached out to us. Mr Ryan is totally unprofessional, untrustworthy. (I am writing a more detailed review to provide reader with more details and filing complaints to relevant authorities.-- with his style of taking care of customers, I believe this type of people cause more harm than good to the community and should not stay in business)

Mayra is very professional, knowledgeable and offers a personalize service. She takes the time to go over my situation and patiently answers all my questions, year after year. Mayra is my accounting for my business and personal accounts. She does all my business bookkeeping, as well. She helps me with my business planning and strategies that have resulted is savings! Mayra goes well above and beyond what I expected from an accounting. Mayra has a lot of experience and great attitude. Knowing that Mayra is handling my personal and business accounts offers me peace of mind. I highly recommend her!
