Experience at James Ford was an A+ Dan (sales) and Nicole (financing) were both professional, courteous and timely. They literally had us in and out of there with our new vehicle in just over an hour (some pre-planning was utilized) once the price was agreed upon. That's fast - and much appreciated. I had an appointment with James Ford to check out an F150. Sales woman Kelly was very responsive and helpful and had the vehicle waiting for me when I showed up. Turns out the vehicle was not what I wanted but the sales staff was very understanding and helpful. They refunded my deposit within a day. All in all a very good experience.
