Tim came to the rescue on a late Friday afternoon to look at the fire alarm issue associated with the tamper switch on the backflow system. The fire department said it was broken and needs to be replaced, and Tim was able to identify the issue as simply out of alignment after an earlier leak repair was done. A stressful day of being put on fire watch was resolved in 10-15 minutes of Tim's presence. I highly recommend Tim as he's professional, prompt, honest, and reliable.
Tim is a life saver! We had a fire sprinkler pipe burst in our attic and flooded a section of our house. It was an emergency repair we needed fixed ASAP.
