For me it's all about the massage. And today Cheryl made me a huge fan and so glad we found this location. My husband had a deep tissue massage with Susan and is also a fan. We found the place clean and it had enough of a relaxing atmosphere to make us feel ready to sink into it. But the actual massages exceeded expectations and we will be returning. We did 90 minutes and I would gladly have stayed for 90 more!!

Susan was amazing I feel like I didn’t even have to open my mouth to communicate with her! She literally listened to my body and did exactly what it needed! She is amazing! I live 2 1/2 hours away and I’ll definitely be back!

Definitely coming back, and h recommend to all! My boyfriend and I went into BalanCenter the other day to get 60-minute Swedish massages and left feeling great! Our masseuses, Susan and Flora were very attentive to our needs and made sure to concentrate on all the problem areas we specified at the beginning of our session. Both Susan and Flora were also very informative, at the end of our session they mentioned how to even help target and the issues we were having from previous injuries and traumas, to help ease tension. I had my session with Susan, who again was focused on addressing the issues I had in my lower back, hips, and shoulders (as this is where I held the most tension.) She made sure that I felt comfortable, and was very accommodating ensuring she was applying enough pressure, which I appreciated as some places really like to put a lot of pressure without asking the client. Overall, the service was very professional, and both Susan and Flora made sure to create a meaningful guest experience through their attentiveness and by providing a soothing and calm environment. Thank you BalanCenter for the TLC!
