Eugene is amazing with haircuts and I just recently got a magic straight perm and it turned out the best out of all the times I have done it. He is kind, professional and takes his time.

Solid 5/5!! I went here because I wanted to try out a salon nearby the workplace. I went to Eugene's about 4 years prior and I wasn't quite satisfied with my digital perm back then, maybe because I asked for something that didn't look as good on my face shape/features. But I wanted to support a small business and so here I am again. Long story short, I'm so glad I gave them another chance! Location: located at the edge of a shopping mall, pretty close to ranch 99, Bank of America, and numerous food and tea shops are. Parking is ample. Salon service and staff: salon staff are very kind and gave me a dry cut and digital perm (about ~2 hrs) which was done quite meticulously. You can tell that they really love and care about their work, and make sure you are satisfied with your new look. Total is definitely a little expensive compared to other salons I have been at for the past years, but is worth it because of the skill and detail oriented work they do! Digital perms are understandably damaging to the hair, and I usually come out of the salon with more frizz than prior to the service. But this time, I left with the softest curls. 100% satisfied, and will be coming back. Thank you for making my hair feel so pretty! :)

The hairdresser, David is very professional and detail oriented. First time to have him help me with my hair and my husband’s but amazing experience. He is not only a professional hairdresser, also a great sincere friend to talk to. Definitely look forward to having him do my next hair style and would like to refer my friends to him.
