Shout out to the best lash tech at the West Covina location!!! Her name is Elena and she is awesome been coming to this lash business since last year and I absolutely love it and Elena is normally the only one I go to but I have tried other techs when she has no appointment time available so there is Olivia she is pretty good to! Doing appt is easy and flexible in the preferred time and day they also provide clear information on the glue products that they using and your preference. Their staff is friendly inviting and have light hands its quiet environment and clean. I chose a 2D sexy natural with mild thickness try to upgrade a little from natural and I think I will choose it with a little longer next time..

Very impressed!!!! Went for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was so worried it would be a waste of time and money because I'm not easy on my eyes with sleep, washing etc. but nope Vicky did an absolutely amazing job. I just scheduled my fill. She accidentally charged me as a returning customer, they called me right away to admit the error and refunded me the over charge. Very honest! Excellent job done by Vicky!!! So glad to have found this place and Vicky.
