First experience here was not that great. It was valentines day 2018 and my husband and I went in the evening. Both of us were not satisfied with the massage. Both of the masseuse we had didnt exert any pressure at all... ( maybe they were all tired since it was valenetine's day and maybe they were busy the whole day)...Today i gave them another try and stars reflect the visit today. Came in at around 7pm at a friday night. Was the only one there but after 10 min costumers came in 1 after another and by the time i left an hour later it was packed. They gave me tea and had me sit on the recliner. I chose the $20 combo.. 45min feet and 15 min body. Em was my masseuse. She started with my head and little bit of the shoulders while my feet soaked in hot water. The 45 min foot massage was great . I have a large frame body but Em delivered the right pressure my sore feet needed. Then came the 15 min body massage. Had my clothes on for this since it was only 15 min and oh boy those 15 min was exceptional. She got all the right places with the heavy pressure which i needed. Great job on that. Definitely will be back for the service. Con- It is a little tight inside and while Em was giving me the foot massage she was answering phone calls and the workers were talking a little loud every now and then amongst themselves.

Late night massage at Dynasty Spa because Heavenly Soaking was closed. $25 60 min foot/back massage. Was seated on a very worn leather recliner, felt like I was sliding down in it from the indention in the seat. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, I brushed it off and threw a towel over my face to block smell. You can hear talking and the business next door but I didn't mind because the foot massage was good enough to zone out. After foot massage you are taken to a room that is sectioned off with curtained beds. You are asked to take off your clothes. I took off everything but my underwear and was covered with a clean (I hope) sheet. The hole in massage table where you place your face smelled. I saw that it was covered with clean towel but the underneath lining smelled. The masseuse had great pressure and was not too rough. It was actually the best massage I have ever had at any of these Asian massage establishments. Bottom line: This place lacks the ambiance to sit back and really relax, the front door is kept open, you can hear talking, does not smell pleasant and is not kept very clean. However the massage was delightful. For these reasons I gave 2 stars.

Yelp has this place listed as closing at 11pm, on 6/30/18 I called around 9:25pm and asked if they had 10pm available for 4 people. They said 9:30-10:30pm is the last time slot. I told them we would be there at 9:45pm and they said ok. We arrived and were immediately seated, the massages were actually good. It was the staff that made me give them 2*. I had the combo massage (B) and everyone else had the regular (A), all 3 of them were constantly pushed to get a B which none budged. The massage finished around 10:45pm which is BEFORE they close at 11pm. When it came to pay, all 4 of us were asked to pay $10 tip each. They pointed at the sign on the door (which says they close at 10:30pm) and starting ranting in Mandarin that we should pay $10 for them staying late. I told a couple of them that online states they close at 11pm but they didn't care. We each tipped them 20% and left annoyed at being pushed to pay upto 50% tip. After reading older reviews about this issue, it seems like it still exists. The owner and staff need to understand that these reviews can make or break a business. They cannot be insisting customers tip a certain amount. It's a shame because I actually enjoyed the massage but won't be returning due to the staff's attitude. Plus they like to chit chat to each other whilst they work. Lastly, if they close at 10:30pm they should make sure it reflects online and if they still insist you come in then make it clear that they will be expecting a bigger tip.
