Reached out on a Friday afternoon due to a clay tile falling off by my chimney, owner called me back an hour later. Also, a fascia board on the side of the house was weathered and rotting. Jeff Cruz scheduled an inspection at my house quoted me the best price. Went with Always reliable due to the price quoted and reviews on yelp. Jeff on top of everything answering questions immediately by email or text. The crew was fantastic, I decided to add another sheet of underlayment and they removed and reinstalled my tiles in a more accurate fashion as the tiles were not properly installed in the late 1980s. You won't find a better roofer for the price. Jeff and Justin have great team that completes the job quickly and professionally. They keep you informed and don't upsell or do anything that isn't necessary. Thanks guys for taking care of my roof right before rainy season hits.
