Hi. This is not Gary Tugmon, it is his wife, Cheri. Berlin is talented and does things with my hair nobody else has been able to do. He is also faster with the entire process of shampooing, coloring & cutting with amazing results. He is a genius with hair color. Berlin had to get my hair back into shape after I made the mistake of going to someone else. That person used x4 different colors on my hair at once, when it was not at all necessary to do so. That person also fried my hair with a perm. I won't be making the mistake of going to someone else again. I drive about an hour & a half one way for my appointments and it is well worth the drive. I was looking for someone in west Sonoma county... and decided to try Berlin based on the reviews. I have to say, he is all that and more! I hadn't had a haircut in ages, my colored hair looked like a dandelion pouf! He spent a lot of time helping me decide what to do, and was so kind about it all... though I'm sure he was horrified at the state of my locks! My hair looks and feels great now. He is a true pro, what an amazing gem here in West SoCo! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Berlin. :)
