I only know Emily and Carly.. they are both excellent teachers... Emily does an awesome for class. Carly put you in positions I've never seen before but very doable.. in either class you would be happy

I vacation near Gualala several times a year and each time I make a point to schedule classes or private yoga sessions with Emily. She is one of the best yoga teachers I have encountered. Great classes and class times. Highly recommend if you are in the area!!

I dropped in while on a camping trip up and I'm so glad I did. Emily is an incredible, inspirational teacher and the good feeling stayed with me for days afterward. Highly recommend her classes.
