Raymundo has serviced our hot tub for years. When we needed to replace the old hot tub, he and his crew supported us and the installation every step of the way, stopping by every day to monitor the progress of the process. He was prompt, punctual, and professional. My guess is that everyone in the area knows him as he's a long-standing resident, but for those who don't: Raymundo is a solid professional who communicates well, charges fairly, and cares about his customers. I strongly recommend him.

Raymundo is a real professional, and the services he provides are outstanding. I wrote a negative review when living in SR about a spa service, and I confused Naiad with Mercedes. You can count on Mercedes and Raymundo to do outstanding work! He always offers accurate information, his practices are transparent, and his approach is open and inclusive. And he shows up on time!
