This was our first experience with Electrical Maintenance Professionals. They certainly lived up to their name. Both technicians were professional, they identified the problem quickly, and made the necessary repairs efficiently and cleanly. They also answered our questions patiently and explained what they were doing in layman's terms. We would certainly use them again if the need arises.
I would highly recommend EMP! The staff at the office very professional on the phone, always text and call to confirm for technician arrival. My technician Terry is professional and explained all details. Im a new home owner and replace outlets and added an outlet for outside patio. Thank you all for great service!
The experience overall was great ! We just called them this morning knowing that it could be some time before he gets out here, but yet he took the time to make it today, the work definitely looks professional. He installed an outlet for a new range that was electric we plugged it in and it worked immediately. Now that all being said there's no doubt we can sleep with no worries knowing that everything was done the way it should be. I would recommend them anytime. 👍 David
