Marvin and his crew did a great job for us in completing a masticating project as well as tree removal and tree trimming. Everyone worked hard, communication was excellent, and they did a super job of cleaning up at the end of the day. And to top it off the job came in under the price that had been bid. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
I called Chris late one afternoon when I arrived at my vacateion home and the air conditioner was not working....and temps were headed toward a week of 100+ degrees. He answered my call, had a few questions to rule out "operator error" type of things, and then said he'd be out the next morning. He showed up by 8:30 a.m., with a full day ahead of him of other work, and in 40 minutes had the system working perfectly. He had the required part on his truck, explained the problem to me in detail, and was quick and polite at taking care of it. He is at the top of my list for HVAC!!
