Brandon came out to fix a leaky HE heater unit. Brandon fixed the items under the warranty issue and also the ones that were not. His charges were reasonable and our unit is running better than it has since we moved in.
Brandon was also amazing with my 11 year old son, who wanted to be his helper during the process. Brandon was super patient and answered the 1,000,001 questions my son had for him. Great guy and great service! When I dump the warranty, I'll be sure to call Brandon for when our system needs service or to be replaced.
