Jessica was great to work with, very quick response in communication leading up to the appointment and was on time and was even kind enough to call instead of knock to keep from having our dogs go wild. Due to my disability she came bedside and helped me rather than at our dining table like any other time. It was a very small gesture that maybe others wouldn’t notice was as I needed to do my thumb print my tremors were pretty bad, rather than asking my husband to help she did, we have used notary quit a few times in the last 6 months, she was very helpful and compassionate..that tiny gesture made me be so seen in that moment, I was even holding back from getting emotional....read full review
