Sorenson Pest Control and our technician Derek are absolutely amazing. We have been inundated with grasshoppers for the past 2 weeks and Derek has made it a priority to help us by coming out 2 additional times. The service they provide is outstanding in the field. Pleasant and friendly and knowledgeable. The first time in the office to pay I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism with the lady at the front desk. She made me feel I was bothering her as she finished up her personal call. When a customer enters a business I believe they should be greeted and at lease acknowledge their presence!! It's been a few months and I still blown away by how I was treated by her.
