Great service! A friend's jeep had her window smashed in unfortunately, so we booked a replacement passenger window installation with Velocity in Greenbrae. They were very prompt with scheduling the repair, communicated well before arrival, and the new window looks & works great! They even cleaned the car seat of broken glass left in the car from the break-in which was very nice. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!!! On time, efficient, friendly, courteous and wonderful. From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. Juan Carlos was my tech and he was very informative, helpful, patient, professional and friendly. If I could I would give them 100 stars. Highly recommend!

I left my car parked on San Pablo Dam Rd facing toward the street on purpose to disuade thieves from breaking in. Guess what, it didn't work. While I was not in sight, they broke the quarter glass of my car and used the door latch to have access to the trunk area. Thankfully they took nothing of value but left me with a quarter glass to fix. I called Velocity and they came to my place Place. They helped me order the glass from the dealership as it's not available aftermarket. They were fast, responsive and the tech took great care of my vehicle. I truly appreciate The whole team at Velocity asthey work hard to honor their commitment to their customers. I will use them again if I need to.
