As an individual who rarely posts reviews, I am taking this time to call out Luxton Optical, particularly Nancy and Craig. I initially came into their store to have a pair of glasses, not purchased from them, adjusted due a problem with the sidearm. Craig was as nice as could be, fixed my glasses on the spot, and when I went to pay, he said , "No problem - I'm glad I could help." Little did Craig know what he was getting into as I seem to regularly bend, squish, etc my glasses. If you have complications in your vision, OR NOT, go see Nancy at Luxton. 100 percent, you will get the most complete and supportive care. You will be very happy with your capacity to see. Even when I did not know enough to advocate for my vision, Nancy went "to bat for me and my vision."

Luxton Optical is the best optical company I have ever worked with in my 50 years of needing glasses. Nancy and Greg are so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. Also when I have needed help with my glasses the customer service is the best. They are consistently customer oriented. I can’t say enough on my positive experience at Luxton.
