This program is working for me so far. it’s healthy and safe, based on smart science. I’ve learned a lot about dieting myths and decades of mistakes I’ve made on food selection like low/non fat everything. Their focus on restricting carbs and sugar intake and moderate proteins and healthy fats makes sense. Who knew carrots and grapefruit aren’t helpful?!Importantly, it’s a sustainable diet that’s good for you long term. As is the advice to do weight training so you don’t lose muscle The weekly visits keep you on track. And I feel comforted by how I started out with bloodwork and there’s monitoring.
