Expensive and several times things have not been ready when promised - one of them was for a wedding and I had to have it. Just recently, needed something for a holiday party and 5 days after promised date, still not ready. There was a lame excuse about it needing to be hand sewn - not true.

Used them a few times. Unfortunately, I ran into a circumstance where we aligned clearly on a date for an alteration that could not be missed, and they missed it. Resulted in me not having the clothes I needed for an event. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was extremely frustrating.

Pretty disappointed in this experience. All I needed done was get a few inches hemmed on a tulle gown and was left with completely hacked lines. The whole reason why I took this to get professionally done was to avoid this, I may as well have taken scissors to it myself. I was willing to accept the price for a professional service but given the results and how rude the woman there is, the $90 is wild.
